“Saving Food from the Fridge,” a series of analog food preservation appliances by Jihyun Ryou.

From someone that had a food cellar in our little summer house in the country, this fascinates me greatly! It’s like those little things where you find out bread stays fresh longer when it’s not stored in the fridge.
